Et voici ma dernière réalisation et ma contribution à SERVAL. Un petit plugin qui peut s'installer dans n'importe quel formulaire de saisie web (je suis en train de l'adapter pour SAPHIR) et qui remplit automatiquement les champs bibliographiques avec les données de PubMed, CrossRef, Web of Science ou RERO (Amazon est en chemin) à partir d'un identificateur (DOI, PMID, REROID, WOSID, ISBN). Elle est desormais aussi opensource et j'attends vos commentaires et votre aide pour l'améliorer.

Page d'information sur les nouvelles acquisitions de la bibliothèque avec des liens par section et par date qui lancent une recherche sur le catalogue de RERO (dommage que les liens des services soient encore trop confidentiels). Ils ont aussi crée des flux RSS manuels assez astucieux, chaque mois on reçoit un nouveau billet avec le lien qui lance la recherche des nouvelles acquisitions dans le catalogue. Ce n'est pas vraiment un flux des nouvelles acquisitions mais c'est mieux que rien!!! Mes felicitations aussi

Bravo à l'EPFL pour cette extension qui utilise greasemonkey, la première que je vois en Suisse. En plus ils partagent le code et la façon de l'adapter à sa propre bibliothèque. MERCI!!! Je vais m'y attaquer rapidement pour l'adapter à RERO.
PS : je pense que toutes ces réalisations faites par des bibliothèques en Suisse meriteraient un WiKi propre ou une page dans e-lib.

Je suis content de ce choix, avec Frédéric Sardet à la tête de cette nouvelle structure hybride à la québeqouise on peut esperer un nouveau souffle et un élan possitif popur cette bibliothèque municipale qui en avait bien besoin

“Google a annoncé, lundi 1er juin, qu'il allait vendre dès cette année des nouveautés littéraires en version électronique.
“Avant la fin de l'année, nous espérons offrir à nos partenaires dans l'édition un moyen supplémentaire de vendre leurs livres”, a déclaré un porte-parole de Google, Gabriel Stricker, dans un communiqué. Nous voulons leur permettre “de rendre leurs livres accessibles à l'achat depuis n'importe quel appareil ayant un accès à internet”.
Si le projet du groupe n'a été davantage dévoilé, le New York Times croit savoir qu'il s'agit de permettre aux éditeurs de vendre directement leurs titres via internet. L'utilisateur pourrait ainsi y accéder via n'importe quel appareil, y compris un téléphone portable. Et ce, contrairement au support unique du livre électronique Kindle d'Amazon.[…]”

"[…]The complex settlement agreement[…] was aimed at resolving a class action filed in 2005 by the Authors Guild and the Association of American Publishers against Google. The suit claimed that Google’s practice of scanning copyrighted books from major academic and research libraries for use in its Book Search service violated copyrights. Under the settlement, announced in October, Google would have the right to display the books online and to profit from them by selling access to individual titles and by selling subscriptions to its entire collection to libraries and other institutions. Revenue would be shared among Google, authors and publishers. Critics said that the settlement would unfairly grant Google a monopoly over the commercialization of millions of books. The Justice Department’s requests do not necessarily mean that the government will oppose the settlement. But the department’s investigation could delay any approval of the settlement, antitrust specialists said.[…]"
